St. John’s school, Fatehpur is owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Allahabad. It is situated at near new Tehsil .Tracing back its history, we come to know that Rev. Fr. Anand IMS started St. John’s Hindi medium primary school in 1990. Mrs. Veena Peter was its first head mistress & continued her service till the sisters belonging to the Congregation of Jesus were asked to take up the charge, in collaboration with the Indian Missionary Society [IMS] Priests in the Diocese of Allahabad.

The launching of the St. John’s School website in the 9th year of its existence in the educational map of India, in the district of Fatehpur is indeed a significant event for the entire SJS Family. The seed of education was sown in the sacred ground of SJS on 5th April 2010 in order to form children with special emphasis on moral, spiritual and intellectual formation. St. John’s school is open to students of all communities

India is a developing country, with a high population and educating them is a big challenge for the government. The missionary schools have taken up this challenge from the very beginning as a mission, and render its services for the humanity.
