On 3nd October, St. John’s School, Fatehpur, joyfully celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of our Nation. The day began with a special morning assembly dedicated to his life and values. Students and teachers paid homage to Bapu by offering flowers and remembering his contribution to India’s freedom struggle.
The program included speeches, songs, skits, and dance performances highlighting Gandhiji’s principles of truth, non-violence, and simplicity. Students shared inspiring quotes and incidents from his life, emphasizing the importance of peace, unity, and cleanliness in society.
Our Principal encouraged everyone to follow Gandhiji’s ideals in daily life and take a pledge to make our surroundings clean, echoing the spirit of “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.”
The celebration concluded with a patriotic song and the message that “the best way to honor Gandhiji is to live by his va
lues.”
